Tristan/Hypo – Graphic Designer & Visual Storyteller

 
    It all started in 2017, messy, chaotic, and filled with experimentation. I wasn’t designing sleek logos or polished branding campaigns. I was making rough, raw, and frankly, pretty terrible clothing concepts. But that was the spark. I built my own brand for social media, curated visuals for my old YouTube channel, and helped friends shape their own personal online identities. No rules, no structure just pure creative instinct from the heart.

   By 2020, I had shifted gears, diving headfirst into poster design, clothing and taking a step back from the scene I was associated with. It wasn’t just about slapping text onto an image it was about storytelling, movement, and emotion. By 2021, artists were reaching out, trusting me to craft visuals that represented their work. I kept pushing.

    2023 marked a turning point. I began exploring multimedia creation, blending hands-on techniques with digital aspects of design. Pulling inspiration from; books I’d find in thrift stores, classic designers, designers in media spaces I met, and the unconventional methods of those who came before me. This wasn’t just about making things look good, it was about making them feel something.
